Disclaimer
Effective Date: 25 March 2026
The information provided on https://eduquest.com.au/ (“Website”) is published by Eduquest Pty Ltd (“EduQuest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for general informational purposes only. EduQuest presents itself as an Australian consulting agency specialising in education and migration services.
By using this Website, you accept this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, you should not use this Website.
1. General Information Only
The content on this Website is intended to provide general information about EduQuest, its services, and topics related to overseas education, admissions, scholarships, visas, migration, enrolment, and settlement support. This includes service areas such as counselling, application processing, visa guidance, scholarship application assistance, university/college enrolment, skilled migration, settlement services, and pre-departure and post-arrival support.
Nothing on this Website is intended to be, or should be taken as, legal advice, migration advice, immigration advice, financial advice, tax advice, or guaranteed professional advice tailored to your personal circumstances.
2. No Guarantee of Results
EduQuest aims to provide helpful support and guidance. However, we do not guarantee:
- admission to any institution,
- approval of any visa or migration application,
- eligibility for scholarships,
- availability of courses or seats,
- success in skilled migration pathways,
- processing times,
- employment outcomes,
- settlement outcomes, or
- any other specific result.
Any education, visa, migration, scholarship, or enrolment outcome depends on many factors, including your individual eligibility, document accuracy, institutional criteria, government rules, and third-party decisions. EduQuest’s website describes support with these processes, but the final decisions remain with relevant institutions, authorities, employers, or government agencies.
3. No Professional or Client Relationship Created by Website Use Alone
Your use of this Website, sending an enquiry, downloading forms, emailing us, or contacting us through phone or WhatsApp does not by itself create:
- a formal client relationship,
- a migration adviser-client relationship,
- a legal adviser-client relationship,
- a contractual consulting engagement, or
- any fiduciary relationship.
A formal service relationship only exists where EduQuest expressly agrees to provide services and any required engagement, consent, service terms, or fee arrangements are separately accepted.
