FAQ

Questions students ask us most

Can’t find your answer? Ask our AI assistant or talk to a counsellor on WhatsApp.

How do I start the visa application process?

Gather the required documents, check the eligibility criteria, complete the application form accurately, pay the fees and submit to the relevant authority. Book a free consultation and we will build the checklist for your case.

What are the common reasons for visa refusals?

Incomplete documents, insufficient financial evidence, weak ties to your home country, inconsistent information and not meeting eligibility criteria. Careful preparation reduces the risk.

Can I appeal a visa refusal?

In many cases, yes. Procedures differ by country and there is usually a strict time limit, so contact us as soon as you receive the decision.

How long does a visa application take?

It depends on the visa type and the country — anywhere from a few weeks to several months. We will give you current processing times for your destination.

Can I work while on a student visa?

Most of our destinations allow part-time work during study, with limits on hours. The rules differ by country and change from time to time, so we confirm them for you before you apply.

Can I apply for a visa without a job offer?

Yes. Student, tourist and some skilled migration visas do not need a job offer. Requirements vary by visa type and country.
